The number next to the Ø symbol marks the diameter of your lens. It’s measured in millimetres i.e. “58mm.” Not to be confused with lens focal length which is also measured in millimetres i.e. “18-55mm.”

Works perfectly screwed to any step-up adapter

It looks like it comes with a double screw, meaning it can be screwed directly onto the lens and also allows for an old screw filter, but I haven't been able to test the latter.

This would be a huge advantage over other systems as I could use an old screw filter or the new Urth magnetic system which is faster and more flexible.

In any case, it's perfect for my purposes, so I'm very happy with this purchase.
