Before attaching the lens, rotate the adapter’s ring to align the marker with the “>|” (Open) position.

Align the lens to the adapter, and rotate counter-clockwise until locked.

Attach the adapter to your camera as you would a lens, rotating it clockwise until it clicks into place.

Rotate the adapter's textured ring toward the "o<" mark to adjust aperture.

Tenderly press your camera's lens release button and rotate adapter and lens counter-clockwise.
The adapter works okay; however, infinity is not without problems. At a few lenses (not all) you have to adjust the object distance to less than infinity, in order to get a sharp image. That is a bit of a nuisance, but for the rest it is okay.
Since the L-mount lenses aren't exactly cheap, I had to find a way to adapt my old Nikon F-mount lenses to the new L-mount system.
This adaptor it does what is says: it fits, it works, aperture ring works in increments(even letting you choose in-between aperture values). I like that.
It arrived within 2 weeks in a neat round case. Gotta appreciate their love for design and functionality.
Up until now everything going good.
It’s well made for the price, I wish there is more grip on the metal parts for better traction when mounting and dismounting. Not sure if future ones may come with front and rear caps. I understand this would drive the price up.
The aperture ring is great. No unnecessary play. The adapter appears to be very, very close to the original flange distance specification. I can use the focus distance scales on my Nikkors!
