Set mode to Manual (M) or Aperture Priority (A). Set lens to Manual Focus (MF) if there's an AF/MF switch.

Align the red dots on your lens and adapter, and rotate clockwise until locked.

Attach the adapter to your camera as you would a lens, rotating it clockwise until it clicks into place.

Tenderly rotate counter-clockwise. When relevant (some Zuiko Series lenses): Press the lateral metallic buttons on the lens base and rotate the adapter in a counter-clockwise direction
Very pleased with this adapter, solid and well made, fits very well on both camera and lens. Highly recommended.
I can only give it four stars because I've only played with it so far but if the build quality is anything to go by I'm confident it will do the job well.
Good for my old lenes and simple to idé.
